5.7.4 Compliance: All cross-border transfers are conducted in compliance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Personal Data and their Protection" and other applicable data protection laws of the jurisdictions involved.

6. Obligations of the parties
6.1 The User undertakes to:
